胃癌根治术患者全麻联合硬膜外阻滞麻醉对疼痛的影响

【摘要】目的：探索全麻联合硬膜外阻滞麻醉对胃癌根治术患者疼痛的影响。方法选取2013年4月～2015年4月我院收治的120例行胃癌根治术的患者的临床资料，按麻醉时采取的方式分两组，对照组55例行全麻，观察组65例行全麻联合硬膜外阻滞麻醉，对两组重度疼痛发生率、术后1 h、4 h、8 h、12 h、24 h VAS疼痛评分进行比较。结果观察组重度疼痛发生率小于对照组、术后VAS评分低于对照组，差异均有统计意义（P<0.05）。结论胃癌根治术后应用全麻联合硬膜外阻滞麻醉可以减轻患者的疼痛。%Objective To explore the effect of general anesthesia combined with epidural block anesthesia on the postoperative pain of patients with gastric cancer. Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with gastric cancer treated in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2015 were divided into two groups, the control group was treated with 55 cases,the observation group was treated with epidural anesthesia,two groups were compared with 65 groups of severe pain,4 h,8 h,1 h,12 h and 24 h VAS.
