血管性痴呆患者的护理干预及家庭护理指导

【摘要】目的：探讨护理干预及家庭护理指导对血管性痴患者的影响。方法将本科2008～2013年收治的67例血管性痴呆患者作为试验样本，进行护理干预及家庭护理指导，并跟踪回访患者出院后家庭持续照顾的情况。结果患者在住院期间及出院后得到良好而持续的照顾，有效改善了患者病情，延缓痴呆进程。结论护理干预、心理护理及家庭支持在促进血管性痴呆患者的康复，维护家庭、社会和谐稳定方面具有重要意义。%Objective Discussion in the inlfuence of nursing intervention and family nursing instruction to vascular stupid patient's. Methods Choosing 67 vascular stupid patients who had went to hospital during undergraduate, in 2008~2013 year as examples . These examples that had carried on the nursing intervention and the family nursing instruction were observed, and the patient who leaved the hospital and had the family looks then had been payed a return visit. Results Patients who obtained good cares in hospital period and the out of hospital, gived patient condition effectively and advancement in delaying the stupid. Conclusion The nursing intervention, psychological nursing and the family support had vital signiifcance in the promotion of vascular stupid patient's recovery, maintain the family, the social harmonious stable.
