I’m from Tobacco Monopoly Bureau of Chaozhou City, also know as Chaozhou Tobacco Limited Corporation in Guangdong Province, a prefecture-level city tobacco bureau, which is under the jurisdiction of China Tobacco Corporation Guangdong branch. Founded in 1988 and in 1998 respectively, the implementation of “two name but one organized group”, along with the joint work of bureau and corporation represent the characteristic of regulations in the tobacco industry, which is “unified leadership, vertical management and monopolization”. Chaozhou Tobacco Bureau( or corporation) is the exclusive organization having the sole right to implement the centralized and unified management in the jurisdiction and is in the charge of administration of industry, law enforcement and exclusive tobacco selling. For now, our bureau has two country-level tobacco monopoly bureaus,
namely, Chao’an, Raoping. With a view to furthering develop all work of cigarette business and monopoly management

to
prompt
the
modernization of tobacco system in Chaozhou as well as to provide better and more efficient service for customers, Guangdong Tobacco limited corporation have launched the construction work of enterprise culture and have forged a enterprise culture system with both local Chaozhou cultural characteristics and features of the tobacco industry itself based on the ancient idiom” God help those who help themselves and never cease to strive for excellence”, which mainly focuses on “industrious and refinement”. We aim to establish the brand---“Yu Lan” which always attach our interest to retail customers due to the realization that customers’ satisfaction creates value for both sides and we as a whole, have always been and will never stop improving ourselves in order to serve our country, make contributions to society, achieve self-actualization and obtain healthy development.
