64排容积CT对孤立性肺结节的诊断价值分析

【摘要】Objective To investigate the 64 row volumetric CT diagnostic value of isolated pulmonary nodules. Methods 50 cases of patients with pulmonary nodules were chosen in July 2012~May 2015 in our hospital. By surgery pathology and clinical follow-up therapy of the patients with confirmed case for analysis. Results Malignant nodules often showed lobulated, coarse, uneven density, lesions in vacuoles, air-filled bronchi and ground glass density, etc.), pleural indentation sign and blood vessels gathered, And benign nodules tend to show the edge smooth, uniform density and calcifications. Conclusion The 64 row volumetric CT for isolation of pulmonary nodules, edge density and surrounding structure has clear display, has high diagnostic and differential value.%目的：探讨64排容积CT对孤立性肺结节的诊断价值。方法选取2012年7月～2015年5月在我院接受治疗的孤立性肺结节患者共50例。对患者的经手术病理以及临床治疗追踪确诊情况进行分析。结果恶性结节往往表现出分叶、毛糙、密度不均匀（病灶内空泡征、支气管充气以及磨玻璃密度等）、胸膜凹陷征以及血管聚集等，而良性结节往往表现出边缘光滑、密度均匀以及钙化灶等。结论64排容积CT对孤立性肺结节的密度、边缘情况以及周围结构等都有清楚的显示，具有较高的诊断与鉴别价值。
