探讨尿红细胞形态检查与临床意义
【摘要】目的：观察尿红细胞形态的变化情况，探讨尿红细胞形态对血尿性质诊断的临床价值。方法：在显微镜的帮助下，对60例血尿患者的尿标本中的尿红细胞的形态进行细致的观察，然后再鉴定血尿的性质。结果：通过检查尿红细胞的形态，发现非肾性血尿患者与肾性血尿患者的尿红细胞的形态存在着巨大的差异。尿红细胞形态变化能鉴别血尿的性质。结论：尿红细胞形态能够为血尿的临床诊断提供有效的科学依据。
