基于灰度共生矩阵的腹部图像分类与检索

【摘要】目的:旨在准确率更高地对腹部医学图像进行分类和检索.方法:提出一种基于灰度共生矩阵的图像分类和图像检索新方法.利用灰度共生矩阵计算2类关键特征:对比度和熵,实现对腹部医学图像的分类与检索.利用Matlab构造分类检索界面,可分别进行2种处理,其中分类处理是将图像库中的图像根据疾病类型进行分类,可显示疾病种类及相应图像数量；检索处理为将已知疾病图像输入系统后,系统将与之相似疾病图像检索显示出来.结果:能够准确率很高地分类检索肝癌、肝血管瘤、肝囊肿等3类疾病,界面便于医生操作.结论:对临床影像数据进行实验测试,结果表明分类和检索准确率较高,满足临床的需要.%Objective To get higher accuracy of image classification and retrieval of the abdomen medical images. Methods A new method to process the classification and retrieval of abdominal medical images based on Gray Level Concurrence Matrix (GLCM) was proposed. Two key features including contrast and entropy were utilized to classify and retrieve the images. Matlab was used to construct the interface in order to facilitate doctor's operations, which included classification and retrieval.
