【摘要】Objective:To explore the nursing effect of the application of noninvasive ventilator in AECOPD combined with Ⅱ type respiratory failure.Methods:35 patients with AECOPD combined with Ⅱ type respiratory failure were selected.They were given noninvasive ventilator treatment.The patients were given holistic nursing.The treatment effect was observed.The nursing experience was summarized.Results:3 patients were transferred to ICU for treatment because of serious illness.2 cases of patients' family members abandoned treatment.30 patients were improved and discharged.The heart rates,respiratory rates and blood gas indexes of the improved patients were significantly improved,and
the
differences
were
statistically
significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Good nursing is the key to the success of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of AECOPD combined with Ⅱ type respiratory failure.It can quickly correct the hypoxia and carbon dioxide retention of respiratory failure patients,and improve their life quality.%目的:探讨AECOPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭应用无创呼吸机的护理效果.方法:收治AECOPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者35例,给予无创呼吸机治疗,对患者进
