前 言

概 要

经历了九十年代的创业高潮后,从而也带来了二十一世纪的就业高潮,但是,九十年代的创业是不可能满足现在的就业也需求的。也不符合现代大学生就业要求。从非理性创业到较理性创业。现在高校大学生的创业观比较成熟,大部分学生接受了创业的观念。调查表明,选择愿意尝试创业的比例86.9%,这说明了创业在学生心目中是被认可的。从担心创业失败遭受歧视的比例和担心创业后失业的比例可以看出,这两部分的比例都比较少。前者占9.8%,后者占7.3%。大学生创业完全手册政策关注大学生创业优惠政策,近年来,为支持大学生创业,国家各级政府出台了许多优惠政策,涉及融资、开业、税收、创业培训、创业指导等诸多方面。对打算创业的大学生来说,了解这些政策,才能走好创业的第一步。如何解决就业困境,开辟大学生自主创业道路等等成为目前大学生及国家就业问题的重中之重!目前大学生就业形式严峻,各个行业竞争体制介入加大了大学生就业竞争压力。创业并不是赛跑,想跑就跑,它必须具备诸多条件后才能进行创业。高校大学生对此有较高的理性认知能力。

为了更好的解决大学生就业。我认为,大学生自主创业是解决自身就业问题的关键。也是最佳途径。尤其是应用现代信息网络技术知识来发展自主创业,解决就业压力受目前大学生的青睐。当前的大学生拥有一定的现代网络知识和我国对大学生自主创业给予政策上的倾斜。大学生的自主创业有了基本的创业保障。更让人可喜的是我国电子商务的发展速度加快,越来越多的创业,就业机遇随着网络而到来,网络交易是信息技术和经济发展相结合的产物,是一种新型的交易方式,也是电子商务的一种重要模式!鼓励大学生参与网络交易不但可以减少就业压力,还可以促进电子商务发展。网上交易有助提高交易效率,降低交易成本,拉动消费,促进商品和各种生产要素的自由流动。为促进国民经济有快又好发展提供有效服务。 当然,创业不是一帆风顺的,大学生创业是一个机会,但也存在很多风险。由于长期身处校园,大学生掌握的社会资源非常有限,而企业创建、市场开拓、产品推介等工作都需要调动社会资源,大学生是否具备风险意识和规避风险的能力,将直接影响创业的成败。如:项目选择太盲目、缺乏创业技能、融资渠道单一、社会资源贫乏、管理过于随意等都是大学生创业的风险。要想创业成功,大学生创业者必须技术、经营两手抓,制定科学规范的管理制度。可从合伙创业、家庭创业或低成本的虚拟店铺开始,锻炼创业能力。为此,我们大学生要创业必须做好项目规划,作好创业准备,这才是走好创业之路的当务之急!

一、全球电子商务的发展状况

20世纪90年代以来,计算机网络技术得到了飞速的发展,信息处理和传递突破了时间性和地域性的限制,计算机网络化和经济全球化已经成为不可抵抗的世界潮流,电子商务随之成为全球最热门、最活跃的信息交易活动,也是世界各国争先发展及各个产业部门最为关注的领域。

目前电子商务已是一个潜力巨大的市场,具有诱人的发展前景。在2007年,全世界通过Internet实现的商业销售猛增到1万亿美元以上。作为一种崭新的商务交易活动,电子商务是推动未来经济发展增长的动力。它的推动将打破时空的限制,改变交易状态。大大加速整个社会商品的流通,有效地降低企业生产成本,提高企业的核心竟争力。同时也成为消费者提供更多选择机会,使消费者得到更多的实惠。

电子商务的基础设施将日益完善,支撑环境逐步趋向规范,企业发展电子商务的深度进一步拓展,个人参与电子商务的深度也将得到拓展。图象通信网,多媒体通信网将建成使用,三网合一潮流势不可挡,高速宽带互连网将扮演越来越重要的角色,制约中国电子商务发展的网络瓶颈有望得到缓解和逐步解决。我国电子商务的发展将具备良好的网络平台和运行环境。电子商务的支撑环境逐步趋向规范和完善。个人对电子商务的应用将从目前点对点的直线方式走向多点的智能式发展。

会。比如美国的eBay电子声纳鼓舞公司,其无店铺经营模式已经为10万多失业人员创造提供直接的就业机会,其中极大部分是通过网络商店的方式进行自主创业的。在我国。近两年来电子商务交易已获得众多消费者的认可。交易额也以10%的速度增长。整个电子商务市场的发展前景非常广阔。

二、我国C to C电子商务的发展状况

网络开店是电子商务概念应用的具体化,全民学习网上开店,掌握网上购物对推动中国加快电子商务强国有深远的战略意义,一个国家电子商务的发展水平也体现了一个国家网民对互联网的利用程度。最近淘宝在网上发布《2007年第一季度淘宝网上购物报告》报告显示淘宝网2007年第一季度的总销售额为70亿,相比去年增长了一倍,这一数据同时也接近淘宝在2005年全年总交易额(80.2亿元)。 C TO C模式是在三种模式中发展最为迅速的,因为全球上网人数在不断增加,网民“平均网龄”增长,参与互联网活动的“广度和深度”也在提高,另外网络技术的普遍使用及信用卡的使用等在线支付方式的便捷和全球物流体系的初步完善也是促进C TO C发展的重要力量。

截至2007年第一季度,淘宝卖家中月利润超过2000元的有10万家。这意味着我国有10万人在网上依靠电子商务解决了就业问题。但是,要成为像那10万人一样通过电子商务网络商店赚钱,那么你必须有一定的电子商务知识,还要有敏锐的网络市场眼光。在进入网络市场前必须作一定的市场分析和项目规划。那么,现在就让我作一下我网店规划书吧!因为这才是起步的关键!

一、项 目 需 求 分 析

本环节主要通过分析民族乐器需求情况以及从本项目的需求角度出发,收集调查资料,对本项目的需求和市场等相关方面展开分析,经过对调查资料的统计和归类,归纳出该市场的竞争与需求的差异化优势,竞争的重点和发展方向等。包括市场环境分析、行业选择分析、平台选择分析、货源渠道分析和财务资金分析等等。

1、1市场环境分析

根据调查显示,大部分从事网上交易的基本是大学生、上班族、加工贸易的在职员工、网下有实体商店的店主、刚起步的小公司和少数40~50中老年人群。(见:图一)

从以上的表中数据的出,我国新形式下,各种购物人群都参与了网络贸易,其中,大学生居主导地位。随着电子商务的迅速发展,电子商务网络交易市场前景广阔。

1、2行业的选择分析

有人说女人和小孩的钱最好赚,有人说民以食为天,饮食行业有发展前途,总之“市场是个宝,全靠自己找”。每个行业都有自己的特点,网上开店最好选择那些自己了解,配送方便,很有特色的产品,这样在激励的市场中才有竞争力。毕竟网络消费人群也会受现实生活中的购物消费动向影响,这样也有助于网络的主要消费主流趋势,这就要求我们店主多去了解市场,关注行业行情。!目前,打开网页一看,家电,服装、数码产品等琳琅满目,需求很大,但竞争也不小。作为刚刚步入网络市场的我,我感觉自己在较强的竞争市场中没有核心竟争力。并在网上作了市场调查分析。下面的数据来自于淘宝网,根据市场所占份额,所作需求分析,我选择了只占市场百分之三的特色产品销售份额的市场。在淘宝网调查过程中,销售民族乐器的有3857家,数码产品有3152038家,家电产品111666家,其它的各种、网络虚拟商品、保健品、书籍,体育用品都占据很大市场比率。民族乐器包括体鸣乐器,气鸣乐器,弦鸣乐器和膜鸣乐器等类。经济的发展带动我民族乐器的发展,我国个高校的乐器对都能看到具有民族特色的乐器产品。尤其是葫芦丝,巴呜等,更受广大学生和中老年人们的喜爱。在云南省内,有好多专业的培训学校和基地。他可以让人们在疲劳的工作学习中得到放松。和具有现代性的吉他,钢琴,电子琴等相比,更具有自己的特色。然而更受人们的青睐!

我作为少数民族,对于民族乐器有一定的了解,并且有方便的货源渠道,其投资也不是很高。有良好的售后服务保障。起市场份额虽小,但可以避免过大的竞争压力。随着人们的生活水品提高,民族文化的弘扬和发展,我相信,民族乐器将会受到越来越多人的青睐。2%
