【摘要】Objective to investigate and analyze critically ill patients with nosocomial transhipment of nursing .Methods in our hospital 280 cases of patients prior to transport patients need evaluation ,at the same time prepare for related before the transfer ,and effectively nurs‐ing in transit ,for emergency patients with necessary treatment .Results in 280 cases of patients w hen making transfer ,adopt active and ef‐fective care ,patients can safely arrived ,realize the transfer success rate 100%

trans‐shipment before ,should be related to the evaluation and preparation ,at the same time in transit ,doctors and nursing staff should fully coop‐erate ,comprehensive care for the patients symptoms ,to timely and effectively to problems in the processing ,thus effectively protect the safety of patients with transshipment .% 目的探讨和分析急危重患者进行院内转运的护理情况。方法对我院收治的280例急危种患者进行转运前的必要评估，同时做好相关的转运前准备，并在转运途中进行有效地护理，对出现紧急情况的患者进行必要的处理。结果对280例患者在进行转运时采用积极有效地护理之后，患者都能够安全的到达，实现转运成功率100％。结论在对急危重患者进行院内转运之前，要做好相关的评估和准
