【摘要】 Objective: Explore the effects of different nutritional support on nutritional status of cerebral vascular accident patients compared observed. Methods:84 cases of cerebral vascular accident patients were randomly divided into enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition group, observed changes in the patient's body weight, plasma albumin content was measured hemoglobin content were observed at different trophic support the clinical efficacy and infection. Results:EN group weight, plasma albumin and hemoglobin were higher than the PN group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The different nutritional support plays an important role in the nutrition therapy of cerebral vascular accident patients, improve the nutritional status of the patient, and effectively reduce the incidence of complications of enteral nutrition% 目的：探讨不同营养支持对脑血管意外患者营养状况影响的对比观察.方法：将84例脑血管意外病人按不同营养支持随机分为肠内营养组和肠外营养组，观察患者体重变化，测定血浆清蛋白含量、血红蛋白含量，观察临床疗效及感染发生情况.结果：EN组的体重、血浆清蛋白、血红蛋白均高于PN组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论：不同营养支持的方法在脑血管意外患者的营养治疗中具有重要作用，较好地改善病人
