基于 PSO-BP 模型地铁 PPP 项目调价研究

【摘要】为提高地铁PPP项目价格调整的效率，从地铁的供需环节入手，分析影响其价格调整的相关因素，通过PSO‐BP神经网络建立各因素与价格之间的映射关系，实现对地铁PPP项目调整价格进行预测，并根据项目的实际情况对预测价格进行调整，最终与现行价格进行比较，对地铁PPP项目价格进行调整。%In order to improve the efficiency of the price adjustment of subway PPP project ,this paper analyzed the factors that affect the price adjustment from the supply and demand of the subway .Then the mapping relationship is established between the factors and the price based on the PSO‐BP neural network ,and the price of subway PPP project is forecasted .Then the forecast price is adjusted by the situation of the project .Comparing with current price ,adjustments to the price of subway PPP project is made . 【总页数】4页(1091-1094) 【关键词】地铁;PPP;调价;神经网络 【作者】包敏;简迎辉
