【摘要】Objective:To investigate clinical diagnostic value of serum HE4 and CA125 in ovarian cancer. Methods:60 cases with ovarian cancer treated in a hospital from January 2014 to December 2010 were taken as the observation group,and 60 cases with benign ovarian cancer were taken as control group,and at the same time 60 cases of healthy women wer taken as the healthy group.Serum HE4 and CA125 levels of the 3 groups were analyzed and compared.Meanwhile,The serum HE4 and CA125 level and positive rate of the patients at different clinical staging were compared.Results:HE4 level and CA125 were significantly differ-ent in the observation group and control group and healthy group.Serum levels of HE4 and CA125 levels in patients with increased with pathologic stage.The positive rate HE4 levels in early diagnosis of ovarian cancer was significantly higher than that of CA125 level.Conclusion:Serum HE4 and CA125 has good effect in diag-nosis of ovarian cancer,serum HE4 and CA125 can well reflect the progression of disease,which can be used as ovarian tumor marker.%目的：：探讨血清 HE4联合 CA125在卵巢癌中的临床诊断价值。方法：在某院2014年1月
