【摘要】Objective To observe the effects of spironolactone on the expression of nephrin in the kidney of diabetic ne -phrophathy rats.Methods Healthy male Sprague-Dawley(SD)rats were randomly divided into normal control (NC) and experimental groups .Rat models of diabetic nephropathy were established by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin ;After the modeling, the experimental group were randomly divided into diabetic nephrophathy ( DN) group and spironolactone group.At the end of 12th week, blood urea nitrogen(BUN),

protein(24hUpro) and lipoprotein A were determined , the expression level of Nephrin protein was observed by western blot .Results Com-pared with spironolactone groups , BUN, Ccr,24Upro and lipoprotein A in DN group statistically increased;the expression level of nephrin protein in spironolactone group was increased compared with DN group .Conclusion Spironolactone can im-prove the renal function of rats with diabetic nephropathy .Its mechanism may be ralited to the increasing of nephrin expres-sion.%目的：探讨安体舒通对糖尿病（ DM）大鼠肾脏Nephrin蛋白表达的影响。方法 SD大鼠分为对照组、糖尿病肾病
