【摘要】Objective:To investigate the expression of extracellular matrix metalloproteinase inducer(CD147)and matrix metalloproteinases -9(MMP -9)in human gastric carcinoma,and to study their relationship with the inva-sion,metastasis and prognosis.Methods:CD147 and MMP -9 protein expressions were examined by immunohisto-chemistry in 63 cases of human gastric carcinoma and 40 cases of paracancerous normal tissues,and the results were compared to clinical pathological factors and prognosis.Results:The expression rates of CD147 and MMP -9 in gas-tric carcinoma tissues were 77.8% and 81.0%,which were significantly higher than those in paracancerous normal tissues (25.0% and 25.0%)(P <0.05).The expressions of CD147 and MMP -9 were significantly correlated with the depth invasion,TNMstages,lymph node metastasis and Ki -67 expression(P <0.05).CD147 expression was positively
