一、 实习目的
本次实习以生产实习为主，生产实习是食品营养与检测专业的一项重要的实践性教学环节，旨在拓展我们的视野，增强我们的专业意识，巩固和理解专业课程。实习方式深入生产第一线进行观察和调查研究，获取必须的感性知识和是学生全面地了解生产组织及生产过程，了解本专业基础的生产实际知识，巩固和加深已学过的理论知识。认识社会化大生产下的工厂运营状态，加强社会活动力，端正严肃认真的学习态度，为以后的工作学习和走上工作岗位打下坚实的基础。
二、 实习相关知识
工业工程 (ie)的目标:保证质量和安全、提高生产效率，获得最佳效益。ie的基本功能是研究人员、物料、设备、能源、信息所组成的集成系统，进行设计、改善和设置。

质量管理与可靠性技术:包括为保证产品或工作质量进行质量调查、计划、组织、协调与控制等各项工作，核心是为了到达规定的质量标准，利用科学方法对生产进行严格检查和控制，预防不合格品产生。内容包括传统的质量控制方法，现代质量管理-保证，生产保证、全面质量控制tqc与全面质量控制tqm。可靠性技术是现有系统有效运行的原理与方法，包括可靠性概念、故障及诊断分析、使用可靠性、系统可靠性设计、系统维护与保养策略等。
