探析多样性护理在糖尿病合并冠心病护理中的应用效果

【摘要】目的：探析多样性护理在糖尿病合并冠心病护理中的应用效果。方法：选取2013年5月~2016年6月所收治的98例糖尿病合并冠心病的患者作为研究对象，分为对照组和观察组，每组均有49例，对照组实施常规的护理方式，而观察组在以上基础上实施多样性护理方式，对比两组患者的血压控制效果以及并发症发生率。结果：观察组患者的血压控制效果以及并发症发生率显著优于对照组。结论：对糖尿病合并冠心病患者实施多样性护理方式能够有效提高血压控制效果，降低并发症发生率，在临床上具有极大的推广价值。%Objective:to analysis the diversity of nursing in the application of diabetic coronary heart disease nursing effect. Methods:in May 2013 to June 2016, 98 cases treated by diabetic coronary heart disease patients as the research object, its randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group are all in 49 cases and control group, routine nursing methods for the observation group of patients in the control group on the basis of diversity nursing way, compared to two group of patients with blood pressure control effect and complication rates.Results: the observation group of patients with blood pressure control effect and complication rates significantly better than control group. Conclusion:the diabetic patients with coronary heart disease
(CHD) implement diversity nursing methods can effectively improve the effect of blood pressure control, reduce the incidence of complications and has great popularization value in clinic. 【总页数】2页(284-284,293)
