第一章 工程概况

1.1工程说明 1.1.1工程概况

本项目位于 ,交通较便利。拟建建筑为 建筑, 该建筑 ,拟采用 结构。

根据住房城乡建设部办公厅关于实施《危险性较大的分部分项工程安全管理规定》有关问题的通知〔建办质(2018)31号文)〕,开挖深度超过5m的基坑(槽)的土方开挖、支护、降水工程,属于超过一定规模的危险性较大的分部分项工程范围。本工程基坑开挖深度 m,属于超过一定规模的危险性较大的分部分项工程,需编制专项施工方案并经专家论证。

根据《岩土工程勘察规范》(GB50021-2001)2009年版、《高层建筑岩土工程勘察标准》(JGJ/T72-2017)相关规定,结合拟建建筑物性质及场地地质情况,综合确定:工程重要性等级为 级,支护结构安全等级为 级。
