关于绵竹市高龄老人高血压疾病谱流行病谱趋势的调研

【摘要】Mianzhu region examination of older persons aged over 70, 529 randomly selected areas of the samples met the inclusion of an investigation carried out, including 218 males, 311 females. The results statistics show that hypertensive patients are more sensitive to the CCB and diuretics, ACEI group and in greater numbers than on the type. So you can deduce the fol owing conclusions: both Mianzhu epidemiology of hypertension in salt-sensitive more common, and domestic research reports results.⑴Mianzhu for future areas of disease treatment and prevention of hypertension provides a useful basis.%通过对绵竹地区70岁以上老龄人体检，随机抽取529例符合纳入研究范畴的样本进行了调研，其中男性218例，女性311例。结果统计显示，高血压患者对CCB及利尿剂较为敏感且人数多于对ACEI组型。从而可以推断出如下结论，既绵竹地区高血压流行病学以盐敏感型多见，与国内相关研究报道结果一致[1]。可为今后在绵竹地区进行高血压疾病的治疗及预防提供了一个有参考价值的依据。 【总页数】1页(362-362) 【关键词】绵竹;老龄;高血压;调研 【作者】白小平;李锐;詹晓明
