三江源地区产业结构调整与农牧民收入灰色关联度分析

摘要：以三江源地区的黄南藏族自治州为例，以农牧民收入结构为中间变量，利用灰色关联度分析该地区产业结构调整与农牧民收入的关系。实证结果显示，产业结构的调整通过农牧民收入结构变化而与农牧民收入有着密切的关系，工资性收入是未来农牧民收入增长的关键节点。因此，以优化产业结构为路径提出了促进农牧民收入可持续增长的对策建议。 关键词：产业结构调整；农牧民收入；灰色关联度

Abstract：Taking Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Huangnan in Three -River Source Area as an example，based on income structure of farmers and herdsmen as the intermediate variable，the relationship were analysed between the regional industrial structure adjustment and the income of farmers and herdsmen by the grey correlation degree. The empirical analysis showed that the region's industrial structure optimization had a strong correlation with the changing of the income structure， and wage income was the strongest correlation； At present，the changing income structure of the farmers and herdsmen had a strong correlation with their income， and had the strongest correlation with salary income growth so that industrial structure adjustment had close relations with farmers and herdsmen’ income by their changing income structure， and salary income would be the important source of farmers and herdsmen’ income growthing in the future. Therefore the industrial structure as the path were proposed to promote the sustainable growth of farmers and herdsmen’ income. Key words：industrial structure adjustment；farmers and herdsmen；grey correlation degree 三江源地区位于青藏高原腹地、青海省南部，西与新疆、西藏接壤，东与四川、甘肃毗邻，行政区域涵盖玉树、果洛、海南、黄南4个藏族自治州和格尔木市的唐古拉乡，为长江、黄河和澜沧江的源头汇水区，被誉为“中华水塔”。由于生态保护和农牧民收入休戚相关，对农牧民增收问题的探讨就变得尤为迫切。近年来，随着农牧民自身及外部环境的变化，农牧民收入问题日益复杂化，收入渠道日渐多元化，各种收入的非均衡增长使得农牧民收入增长的源泉发生了“质”的变化。因而，以农牧民收入结构为视角展开对农牧民增收问题的研究，不仅有助于认识农牧民收入的来源，更有利于探析农牧民收入增长的深层次原因，客观反映出农牧民收入及其结构变化的规律。另外，产业结构的优化在促进经济增长的同时，带动了农牧民就业结
