【摘要】Satisfaction is a reflection of the customer's psychological state, it comes from the comparison of the customer's feelings of a product service and their expectations .The Medical-Nursing Combined Institutional is the combination of medical and pension in different ways so that it can provide composition service including pension and medical care. The Medical-Nursing Combined Institutional Care Mode is a new type of pension service model which is suitable for China's national conditions based on the analysis of the domestic and international experience[1].But it lacks the scientific and effective evaluation methods and it is still in the stage of development and improvement in the field of the medical service management and service delivery methods,especially in the evaluation of service quality and customer satisfaction[2].Therefore,we should be paid more attention to the comprehensive scientific evaluation of the service quality of the medical service by constructing the satisfaction evaluation index system.
