天津市土地利用总体规划调整研究

【摘要】Through analysis on relevant policy of Ministry of Land Resources and Tianjin City land use general planning adjustment,the relevant concept,classification and grading of planning adjustment were elaborated.The general procedure and main work content in each stage of planning adjustment were introduced,the existing problems were analyzed.The management measures and operation methods for perfecting planning adjustment were put forward from angle of general mechanism.%通过分析国土资源部和天津市土地利用总体规划调整的相关政策,系统阐述规划调整的相关概念、规划调整的分类和等级,分阶段说明规划调整的一般程序及各阶段的主要工作内容,剖析其中可能存在的问题,从规划调整的整体机制角度,提出完善规划调整的管理措施和实施方法. 【总页数】3页(5986-5988)
