第一章 绪论
1.1 PLC综合实训的目的
PLC综合实训是学校安排的训练课程,通过本PLC实训可以帮助学生在学习ABB的PLC的基础上加深对于PLC的认识,使学生在学习理论基础的同时,通过上机操作、编写程序将在课堂学习的理论知识运用于学习中。通过对于PLC电气连接图的绘制学习,了解PLC的实际结构和实际运用方法。
1.2 实训要求
第一,采用Visio或AutoCAD等绘图软件绘制电气图;第二,利用该套控制系统模拟流水灯或者交通灯控制过程;第三,完成该套交流调试系统的基本调试,通过I/OBox或HMI控制电机的启停、正反转、正向点动、反向点动、升速降速、速度设定显示、速度反馈显示等;第四,利用该套系统模拟工业运输小车的控制过程。
