【摘要】 Objective:To investigate the value and clinical significance of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)in the diagnosis of acute intestinal obstruction.Method:21 cases with surgically or clinical confirmed acute intestinal obstruction were examined with multi-slice spiral CT and 3D reconstruction and retrospectively analyzed. Post-processing techniques included thin-layer reformation,multiplanar reformation(MPR),volume reformation(VR)and maximum intensity projection(MIP).Result:Among the 21 cases,the low-bit small-intestinal obstruction in 10 cases,the higher-bit small-intestinal obstruction in 3 cases,8 cases of intestinal obstruction in different parts of the knot.4 cases were inflammatory lesions,6 cases were adhesions,1 case was fecal obstruction,8 cases were intestinal primary tumor,1 case was tumor metastasis,and 1 case was inguinal hernia. Conclusion:The quality of MSCT images is excellent,and MSCT can diagnosis of intestinal obstruction clearly,but also can identify the location, degree and the causation of the disease.% 目的：探讨多层螺旋CT（MSCT）在急性肠梗阻中的诊断价值及其临床意义。方法：收集经临床保守治疗或手术证实的急性肠梗阻21例，进行多层螺旋CT检查及三维重
