Specification and Scope of supply as each ship set: 每船套的供货范围和说明：
A. 5800 liters MarineLine coating material covering abt9,000 m2 of surface area in 12 cargo
tanks.(10 cargo oil tanks and 2 slop tanks)
提供5800升MarineLine特涂油漆，满足12个货油舱总面积9,000平方米。 (10货油舱，2个污油水舱)
300 liters thinner (toluene or xylene) shall be provided by shipyard and confirmed by APC. 300 升稀释剂（甲苯或二甲苯）由船厂提供，并经APC认可后方可使用。
B. Inspection and testing as followings (Technical service 50days on site. APC representative will
arrive at shipyard 7 days ahead of main grit blasting of these tanks. The actual time shall be provided by shipyard.)
服务商现场检查和试验如下：（现场技术服务时间为50天，技术服务人员在此六对舱主喷砂前7天到厂，具体时间由船厂通知。）

Shipyard performs according to APC procedure， APC will approve and sign for acceptance. If solvent wipe test fails, APC will shoulder all responsibilities including man-hour, material and time limit of delivery etc.
船厂按照APC涂装程序施工，并经APC现场技术服务签字、认可。若溶剂擦拭试验出现任何问题，由APC负全责（包括工时、材料和工期等）。
APC will supply all inspection equipments (humidity gauge, temperature gauge, thickness gauge, holiday detectors, etc.) and operate them on site. APC将提供所有检测用设备并进行现场操作。
C. APC will supply heat curing equipment as below: (Heat curing 8 continuous day on site)， heat
curing temperature to be 82C~100C, for 6 hours.
APC将提供热固化设备如下：（热固化连续7天）, 固化温度82到100度，至少保持6小时。 ? High velocity burner

一单的其他组件：软管，相关电缆，调节器，插头，接线，凸轮锁，记录纸，夹子，绕线机 ****Only item required from shipyard is KaiTeng gas (main component is C3H8, the pressure is 0.2-0.3MPa) and 2 or 4 each 200 mm diameter ducts for insulation in tanks from bottom. 船厂将提供剀腾气（主要成分为丙烷C3H8，压力为0.2-0.3MPa）和两根或4根200毫米口径可达舱底的风管。
****As the gas for the burner is use KaiTeng gas, and yard has no experience for such curing procedure, therefore, APC should take the responsibility if any accidents caused by their personnel in the use of the gas subject to the yard will fully follow the instruction by APC Adviser. 由于燃烧器使用的燃气为剀腾气，船厂没有热固化经验，所以在船厂工作人员严格按APC提供的操作规程执行的条件下，因使用燃气而导致的突发事故将由APC负责。
****Heat cure shall be done entirely by APC. APC负责完成热固化的全部工作。
****Heat cure shall be done before sea trial 热固化应在试航之前完成
D. During sea trial, tanks need to do salt water testing, the tanks are to be completely filled with clean sea-water so that there is no ullage. The sea-water shall remain in the tanks for a minimum period of no less than 24 hours counted from the time no ullage remained. The
maximum period of immersion shall not exceed 72 hours, unless otherwise agreed by owner. 试航时，所涂的舱需要做海水浸泡试验时，舱内必须充满海水，从海水充满之时起，至少浸泡24小时。除非经船东认可，浸泡时间不超过72小时。
E. APC will take responsibility for yard’s relative loss caused by the quality of APC MarineLine
coating material.
APC将为因MarineLine油漆质量问题而给船厂造成的损失承担相应责任。

Shipyard and the coating applying company to supply: 船厂和特涂施工公司提供的服务：
1． Staging until spray application is completed.
搭脚手架直到喷涂施工结束
2. Surface preparation to Sa 2.5 per APC’s specification
根据APC要求表面处理至Sa 2.5
3. Dehumidification equipment until complete of spraying
提供除湿设备直到喷涂完工
4． Cleaning works before coating application where required.
在相关地方进行喷涂之前的清洁工作
5． Spray/stripe coating application as per APC’s specification
根据APC的规格进行整体喷涂和接缝补涂施工作业
6． Compressed air as required for the surface preparation and spray application
提供用于表面处理和喷涂作业所需的压缩空气.
7． Gas and electricity for heat curing (gas consumption 0.50kg/m3 of tank volume-380/440V,
100 amps, 3 phase).
提供用于热固化所需的可燃气和电源（可燃气消耗舱容的0.50kg/m3, 电源380/440伏， 100安培， 三相）。
8． Crane service and forklift service for getting equipment and materials onboard ship and for
movement of heat curing equipment during heat cure cycle.
提供吊车和铲车服务， 用于将设备和材料运上船以及热固化循环中设备的移动。
F APC provide the Insurance guarantee 5 years APC 提供五年的质保
G APC provide the technical manual and the relative applying procedure documentation in time. APC 及时提供技术说明书和相关涂装工艺资料。
After business contract signed, the technical agreement will become effective and be a part of the business contract.
本技术协议在商务合同签订后生效，并作为商务合同的一部分。
