【摘要】探讨癌性Lambert-Eaton肌无力综合征的临床特点。对就诊于我院门诊的1例以LES为首发症状的中心型肺癌患者的临床资料进行总结分析。临床工作中对于肌无力的患者要做全面检查以排除癌症等疾病，以便及早确诊，早期治疗以取得良好疗效。%To investigate the clinical characteristics of cancer Lambert-Eaton myasthenic syndrome. Methods: the patients in our hospital in 1 cases with LES as the first symptom of clinical data of patients with central type lung cancer were analyzed. Results and conclusion: the clinical work for myasthenia gravis patients to do comprehensive examination to exclude diseases such as cancer, so early diagnosis, early treatment in order to obtain a good ef ect. 【总页数】2页(500-501)
