护理质量管理在健康体检中心护理工作中的应用效果观察

[摘要] 目的 分析护理质量管理在健康体检中心护理工作中的应用效果。方法 2017年1月—2018年12月选取该院健康体检中心接受护理服务的体检客户2 000名作为案例进行研究分析。按照护理质量管理措施实施前后划分为常规组与实验组。常规组不采取护理质量管理，实验组根据临床护理工作采取针对性管理措施。对比两组护理服务质量，护理质量采用差错、缺陷以及投诉的事件发生率为主进行对比。结果 实验组发生1次护理缺陷事件（发生率0.1%），无护理差错及护理投诉事件;常规组发生10次护理差错（发生率1.0%），8次护理缺陷事件（发生率0.8%），5次护理投诉（发生率0.5%）。实验组在护理质量各项指标方面均显著优于常规组，实验组数据优势明显，各项数据对比结果均差异有统计学意义（P [关键词] 护理;护理质量;质量管理;健康体检中心

Methods From January 2017 to December 2018， 2 000 cases of medical examination customers receiving nursing services in the hospital's health examination center were selected as cases for analysis. According to the nursing quality management measures before and after implementation， divided into routine group and experimental group， the routine group does not adopt nursing quality management， and the experimental group adopts targeted management measures based on clinical nursing work. The quality of nursing service was compared between the two groups. The quality of nursing was mainly compared with the incidence of errors， defects and complaints. Results There were 1 nursing defect event in the experimental group （incidence rate of 0.1%）， no nursing errors and nursing complaint events; 10 nursing error events in the conventional group （incidence rate of 1.0%）， and 8 nursing defect events （incidence rate of 0.8%）. 5 nursing complaints （incidence rate： 0.5%）. The experimental group was significantly better than the conventional group in terms of various indexes of nursing quality. The experimental group had obvious advantages in data， the results of data comparison were statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The application of nursing quality management in the nursing work of the health physical examination center has outstanding effects， which can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing risks and improve the efficiency of medical services， which is worthy of clinical promotion.
