PURPOSE:To secure constant turning by providing a mechanism which prevents disengagement of a driving gear of a turning device and a driven gear of a driven shaft if the driven shaft revolutes higher than the turning device.
CONSTITUTION:While the centrifugal force exerted during turning tends to push a rod 66 and compress a compression spring 80, it bearing specified
compression force by a spring-force-rated bolt 81 and nut 83 will not be compressed by the force within a recomended range to bring the rod 66 in no motion. As a cranklever 64 makes no operation, the driving gear 35 of the turning device will not be disengaged from the driven gear 60. This secures constant turning operation. 主权项：
