【摘要】Objective:To analyze the advantages and curative effect of PFN internal
fixation
in
the
treatment
of
intertrochanteric
fracture.Methods:78 patients with elderly intertrochanteric fracture were selected.The patients were carried out in the orthopaedic traction table,and given closed reduction PFN internal fixation under \arm fluoroscopy.Their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.78 cases were followed up for 6 to 25 months,the average time was 20 months.Results:78 cases were followed up, according to the Harris hip function evaluation criteria,57 cases were excellent,16 cases were good,4 cases were middle,1 case was poor,the excellent and good rate was
93.58%
.Conclusion:PFN
in
the
treatment
of
elderly
intertrochanteric fractures has the advantages of less trauma,short operation time, less bleeding and so on.%目的:分析PFN内固定治疗股骨转子间骨折的优点及效果.方法:收治老年股骨转子间骨折患者78例,患者均在骨科牵引床上进行治疗,\臂透视下闭合复位PFN内固定,回顾性分析其临床资料.78例均获得随访,时间6~25个月,平均20个月.结果:78例均获得随访,术后根据Harris髋关节功能评定标准,优57例,良16例,中4例,差1例,优良率93.58%.结论:PFN治疗老年股骨转子间骨折,具有创伤小,手术时间短,出血少等
优点.
