硫酸镁治疗急性胃肠炎持续腹痛的效果观察

【摘要】目的：对急性胃肠炎持续腹痛的患者实施硫酸镁治疗，观察并分析其效果。方法按照时间顺序将我院2015年3月~12月收治的38例急性肠胃炎患者分为两组，使用阿托品进行治疗的对照组（18例）和使用硫酸镁治疗的观察组（20例），通过观察，分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组有效率高于对照组，不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论使用硫酸镁对急性肠胃炎持续腹痛患者进行治疗，效果显著，患者康复速度快。%Objective Observation and analysis on magnesium sulfate treatment
