钩藤碱阻滞钙离子通道的药理作用研究进展

【摘要】Rhynchophylline plays an important role in traditional Chinese medicine, and has significant pharmacological activities in the central nervous and cardiovascular system. It can be used to treat high blood pressure, epilepsy, arrhythmia, and other diseases clinically. There are a number of experimental studies on the mechanism of rhynchophylline, which show that rhynchophylline mostly works by blocking calcium. In order to make better use of rhynchophylline, this paper reviews the pharmacological activities of rhynchophylline by blocking calcium channels, and also provides reference for promoting the in-depth study of rhynchophylline.%钩藤碱在传统中药中占有重要的地位，在中枢神经和心血管等系统中有较显著的药理作用，临床上可用于治疗高血压、癫痫、心律失常等疾病。多项实验研究钩藤碱的作用机制，发现钩藤碱大多是通过拮抗钙来发挥作用的。为更好地利用钩藤碱，综述了钩藤碱阻滞钙离子通道的药理作用，为推进钩藤碱深入研究提供参考。 【总页数】4页(1073-1076)
