【摘要】To investigate the correlation between HMGB1,HMGB2 and NO in the onset of periodontitis,to understand the possible biological role of HMGB1,HMGB2 in the pathogenesis of periodontitis.Method:160 patients with periodontitis in dental department from March 2012 to March 2014 were selected as the experimental group,in addition teeth healthy subjects in our hospital were selected as the control group.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the expression of HMGB1,HMGB2 and NO in gingival crevicular fluid.The correlation of HMGB1,HMGB2 and NO were analyzed in the periodontitis of gingival crevicular fluid.Result:The experimental group compared with the control group had statistical significance in the HMGB1,HMGB2 and NO(P<0.05).It showed that HMGB1,HMGB2 and NO expression in periodontitis gingival crevicular fluid compared with normal

increased.Spearman correlation analyzed for the expression levels of HMGB1,HMGB2

NO.The
correlation
coefficients
were
