【摘要】Objective To establish an analytic method for determination of rifapentine in self-microemulsifying drug delivery system by HPLC.Methods The Hypersil ODS C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was adopted, with methanol-0.0375 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate (70:30) as mobile phase at flow rate of 1 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 254 nm and the column temperature was 25℃.ResultsThis method showed good linear correlation in the range of 0.008-0.08 mg/mL (R2=0.9993), and methodology study met the requirements.Conclusion The method is convenient, accurate and reproducible, which can be used for quality control of this preparation.%目的：建立高效液相色谱法（HPLC）测定利福喷丁自微乳中药物含量。方法色谱柱：Hypersil ODS柱（4.6 mm×250 mm，5μm）；以甲醇-0.0375 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液（70：30）为流动相，流速1 mL/min；柱温25℃；检测波长254 nm。结果利福喷丁在0.008~0.08 mg/mL范围内线性关系良好（R2=0.9993），方法学考察均符合要求。结论该方法简单、准确、重现性好，可用于利福喷丁自微乳的质量控制。 【总页数】3页(435-437)
