太阳能电池连续式烧结炉温度场分析

【摘要】The temperature uniformity control in a sintering furnace is the key technology for ensuring the quality of high property solar cell. Conduction, convection and radiation heat transfer of the complex thermal fluid are always coexistent and affect each other in sintering furnace. Based on the analysis of sintering process, the new type of infrared sintering technology was adopted for environmental protection and energy saving. By analyzing flow and temperature field in theory, the mathematical model of transient heat transfer and radiant heat transfer were established. The three-dimensional numerical simulation on temperature field for high temperature zone was performed by using simulation software CFD, and the simulation results on flow field and temperature field were discussed. It provides the theory basis for optimum structural of furnace and gas flow to improve temperature uniformity. These measures have important directive to process, energy saving and consumption reduction, and can improve the output and quality.
