唑来膦酸与伊班膦酸钠治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛的临床疗效对比分析

[摘要] 目的 对比分析在恶性肿瘤骨转移患者施用伊班膦酸钠与唑来膦酸的疗效和安全性。方法 方便选取内蒙古某医院2016年9月—2024年1月确诊的70例恶性肿瘤骨转移患者，按随机抽签法平均分为实验组，施用伊班膦酸钠;对照组，施用唑来膦酸。观察止痛效果和骨相关事件发生情况。 结果 实验组（21.6±3.1）h 与对照组（51.3±6.9）h相比，伊班磷酸钠起效更快（t=48.5，P
