【摘要】目的：多形性横纹肌肉瘤(PRMS)是一种高度恶性的肉瘤，因PRMS的发病率较低，临床医生对PRSM的临床特征、组织学形态学和免疫学表型尚缺乏足够的了解，易将其误诊为未分化多形性肉瘤、恶性纤维组织细胞瘤等多形性肿瘤。本文回顾性分析了1例PRSM的临床资料，并结合文献，以提高对该肿瘤的认识。%Pleomorphic rhabdomyosarcoma (PRMS) is a highly malignant tumour.Due to the low incidence of PRMS,clinicians are lack of adequate understanding for clinical features,histological morphology and immunology phenotype of PRSM.It is easily to be misdiagnosed as undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma, malignant fibrous histiocytoma pleomorphic tumor,etc.In this paper, the author has retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 1 case of PRSM, combined with the literature, in order to improve the understanding of the tumor. 【总页数】2页(114-114,115)
