临时用电专项施工方案

(1)《施工现场临时用电安全技术规范》(JGJ46-2005)总则中以强制性条文规定,施工现场必须采用三级配电系统、必须采用TN-S接零保护系统。

(2)现场采用380V低压供电,设一配电总箱,采用TN-S系统供电。 (3)布置位置及线路走向参见临时配电系统图,采用三级配电,三级防护。 (4)按照《JGJ46-2005》规定制定施工组织设计,接地电阻R≤4Ω。

(5)按照《JGJ46-2005》规定若为架空线路则“根据机械强度要求,绝缘铜线截面不小于10mm2,绝缘铝线截面不小于16mm2”。

四、用电负荷

1、1号分箱设备用电负荷 (1)塔式起重机

Kx = 0.7,Cosφ = 0.65,tgφ = (1 - Cosφ^2)^0.5/ Cosφ = (1 - 0.65^2)^0.5 / 0.65 = 1.17 Pe = n × P × (εe/ε)^0.5 = 1.00 × 55.20 × (0.40 / 0.25)^0.5 = 69.82kW

Ij1 = Kx × Pe / (1.732 × Ue × cosφ) = 0.70 × 69.82 × 1000 / (1.732 × 380 × 0.65) = 114.25A

Pjs = Kx × Pe = 0.70 × 69.82 = 48.88kW Qjs = Pjs × tgφ = 48.88 × 1.17 = 57.14kvA (2)钢筋切断机

Kx = 0.65,Cosφ = 0.7,tgφ = (1 - Cosφ^2)^0.5/ Cosφ = (1 - 0.7^2)^0.5 / 0.7 = 1.02 Pe = n × P × (εe/ε)^0.5 = 2.00 × 5.50 × (0.40 / 0.40)^0.5 = 11.00kW

Ij1 = Kx × Pe / (1.732 × Ue × cosφ) = 0.65 × 11.00 × 1000 / (1.732 × 380 × 0.70) = 15.52A

Pjs = Kx × Pe = 0.65 × 11.00 = 7.15kW Qjs = Pjs × tgφ = 7.15 × 1.02 = 7.29kvA (3)交流弧焊机

Kx = 0.35,Cosφ = 0.6,tgφ = (1 - Cosφ^2)^0.5/ Cosφ = (1 - 0.6^2)^0.5 / 0.6 = 1.33 Pe = n × P × (εe/ε)^0.5 = 2.00 × 19.00 × (0.20 / 1.00)^0.5 = 16.99kW

Ij1 = Kx × Pe / (1.732 × Ue × cosφ) = 0.35 × 16.99 × 1000 / (1.732 × 380 × 0.60) = 15.06A

Pjs = Kx × Pe = 0.35 × 16.99 = 5.95kW

Qjs = Pjs × tgφ = 5.95 × 1.33 = 7.93kvA (4)数控钢筋调直切断机

Kx = 0.2,Cosφ = 0.65,tgφ = (1 - Cosφ^2)^0.5/ Cosφ = (1 - 0.65^2)^0.5 / 0.65 = 1.17 Pe = n × P × (εe/ε)^0.5 = 1.00 × 28.00 × (0.40 / 0.40)^0.5 = 28.00kW

Ij1 = Kx × Pe / (1.732 × Ue × cosφ) = 0.20 × 28.00 × 1000 / (1.732 × 380 × 0.65) = 13.09A

Pjs = Kx × Pe = 0.20 × 28.00 = 5.60kW Qjs = Pjs × tgφ = 5.60 × 1.17 = 6.55kvA (5)1号分箱计算负荷

用电设备同期使用系数Kx=0.80;

Ijs = Kx × ΣPe / (1.732 × Ue × Cosφ) = 0.80 × 125.82 × 1000 / (1.732 × 380 × 0.75) = 203.91A;

同时要求分箱用电负荷不得小于分箱下用电设备最大计算负荷的1.1倍,故: Ijs = max{203.91,1.1×max(114.25,15.52,15.06,13.09,)} = 203.91A 2、2号分箱设备用电负荷 (1)塔式起重机

Kx = 0.7,Cosφ = 0.65,tgφ = (1 - Cosφ^2)^0.5/ Cosφ = (1 - 0.65^2)^0.5 / 0.65 = 1.17 Pe = n × P × (εe/ε)^0.5 = 1.00 × 55.20 × (0.40 / 0.25)^0.5 = 69.82kW

Ij1 = Kx × Pe / (1.732 × Ue × cosφ) = 0.70 × 69.82 × 1000 / (1.732 × 380 × 0.65) = 114.25A

Pjs = Kx × Pe = 0.70 × 69.82 = 48.88kW Qjs = Pjs × tgφ = 48.88 × 1.17 = 57.14kvA (2)钢筋切断机

Kx = 0.65,Cosφ = 0.7,tgφ = (1 - Cosφ^2)^0.5/ Cosφ = (1 - 0.7^2)^0.5 / 0.7 = 1.02 Pe = n × P × (εe/ε)^0.5 = 2.00 × 7.00 × (0.40 / 0.40)^0.5 = 14.00kW

Ij1 = Kx × Pe / (1.732 × Ue × cosφ) = 0.65 × 14.00 × 1000 / (1.732 × 380 × 0.70) = 19.75A

Pjs = Kx × Pe = 0.65 × 14.00 = 9.10kW Qjs = Pjs × tgφ = 9.10 × 1.02 = 9.28kvA

(3)交流弧焊机

Kx = 0.35,Cosφ = 0.6,tgφ = (1 - Cosφ^2)^0.5/ Cosφ = (1 - 0.6^2)^0.5 / 0.6 = 1.33 Pe = n × P × (εe/ε)^0.5 = 1.00 × 19.00 × (0.20 / 1.00)^0.5 = 8.50kW

Ij1 = Kx × Pe / (1.732 × Ue × cosφ) = 0.35 × 8.50 × 1000 / (1.732 × 380 × 0.60) = 7.53A

Pjs = Kx × Pe = 0.35 × 8.50 = 2.97kW Qjs = Pjs × tgφ = 2.97 × 1.33 = 3.97kvA (4)木工圆锯

Kx = 0.65,Cosφ = 0.6,tgφ = (1 - Cosφ^2)^0.5/ Cosφ = (1 - 0.6^2)^0.5 / 0.6 = 1.33 Pe = n × P × (εe/ε)^0.5 = 1.00 × 5.50 × (0.40 / 0.40)^0.5 = 5.50kW

Ij1 = Kx × Pe / (1.732 × Ue × cosφ) = 0.65 × 5.50 × 1000 / (1.732 × 380 × 0.60) = 9.05A

Pjs = Kx × Pe = 0.65 × 5.50 = 3.58kW Qjs = Pjs × tgφ = 3.58 × 1.33 = 4.77kvA (5)2号分箱计算负荷

用电设备同期使用系数Kx=0.80;

Ijs = Kx × ΣPe / (1.732 × Ue × Cosφ) = 0.80 × 97.82 × 1000 / (1.732 × 380 × 0.75) = 158.54A;

同时要求分箱用电负荷不得小于分箱下用电设备最大计算负荷的1.1倍,故: Ijs = max{158.54,1.1×max(114.25,19.75,7.53,9.05,)} = 158.54A 3、总箱计算负荷

总的计算负荷计算,总配电箱用电设备同期使用系数取Kx = 0.60 总的有功功率: Pjs = Kx×ΣPjs = 0.60 × 132.10 = 79.26kW 总的无功功率: Qjs = Kx×ΣQjs = 0.60 × 154.07 = 92.44kvar

总的视在功率: Sjs = (Pjs^2 + Qjs^2)^0.5 = (79.26 × 79.26 + 92.44 × 92.44)^0.5 = 121.77kVA

总的计算电流计算:Ijs = Sjs × 1000 /(1.732 × Ue) = 121.77 × 1000 / (1.732 × 380) = 185.02A 同时要求总箱下计算负荷不得小于分箱计算负荷的1.1倍,故:

Ijs = max{185.02,1.1×max(203.91,158.54,)} = 224.30A

五、导线及开关箱内电气设备选择

1、1号干线上导线及开关箱内电气设备选择 1.1、塔式起重机导线及开关箱内电气设备选择 根据计算负荷,知塔式起重机计算电流为: Ij1 = Kx×Pe/(1.732×Ue×cosφ) = 114.25A

(1)选择VLV-3×50+2×25,安全载流量为115A≥114.25A。

(2)选择开关箱内开关为HR3-200/120,其熔体额定电流为Ir = 120A ≥ 114.25A,漏电保护器为DZ20L-250/125。

1.2、钢筋切断机导线及开关箱内电气设备选择 根据计算负荷,知钢筋切断机计算电流为: Ij2 = Kx×Pe/(1.732×Ue×cosφ) = 15.52A

(1)选择BLX-3×16+2×16,安全载流量为52A≥15.52A。

(2)选择开关箱内开关为HR6-160/16,其熔体额定电流为Ir = 16A ≥ 15.52A,漏电保护器为DZ47LE-32/16。

1.3、交流弧焊机导线及开关箱内电气设备选择 根据计算负荷,知交流弧焊机计算电流为: Ij3 = Kx×Pe/(1.732×Ue×cosφ) = 15.06A

(1)选择BLX-3×16+2×16,安全载流量为52A≥15.06A。

(2)选择开关箱内开关为HR6-160/16,其熔体额定电流为Ir = 16A ≥ 15.06A,漏电保护器为DZ47LE-32/16。

1.4、数控钢筋调直切断机导线及开关箱内电气设备选择 根据计算负荷,知数控钢筋调直切断机计算电流为: Ij4 = Kx×Pe/(1.732×Ue×cosφ) = 13.09A

(1)选择BLX-3×16+2×16,安全载流量为52A≥13.09A。

(2)选择开关箱内开关为HH3-15/15,其熔体额定电流为Ir = 15A ≥ 13.09A,漏电保护器为DZ15LE-63/15。

1.5、分箱B1进线及开关箱内电气设备选择

根据计算负荷,知1号分箱计算电流为:Ijs = 203.91A

(1)选择电缆YJLV-3×70+2×35,安全载流量为212A ≥ 203.91A,电缆截面面积为70mm2。

按照允许电压降为5%,导线截面为:

S1 = Kx1 × ΣPe × L1 /(C × 5 )= 0.80 × 125.82 × 120.00 / (46.30 × 5.00) = 52.17mm^2 ≤ 70mm^2

(2) 选择开关箱内开关为HR6-400/224,其熔体额定电流为Ir = 224A ≥ 203.91A,漏电保护器为DZ20L-250/225。

符合要求

2、2号干线上导线及开关箱内电气设备选择 2.1、塔式起重机导线及开关箱内电气设备选择 根据计算负荷,知塔式起重机计算电流为: Ij1 = Kx×Pe/(1.732×Ue×cosφ) = 114.25A

(1)选择VLV-3×50+2×25,安全载流量为115A≥114.25A。

(2)选择开关箱内开关为HR3-200/120,其熔体额定电流为Ir = 120A ≥ 114.25A,漏电保护器为DZ20L-250/125。

2.2、钢筋切断机导线及开关箱内电气设备选择 根据计算负荷,知钢筋切断机计算电流为: Ij2 = Kx×Pe/(1.732×Ue×cosφ) = 19.75A

(1)选择BLX-3×16+2×16,安全载流量为52A≥19.75A。

(2)选择开关箱内开关为HR6-160/20,其熔体额定电流为Ir = 20A ≥ 19.75A,漏电保护器为3KM1L-100/20。

2.3、交流弧焊机导线及开关箱内电气设备选择 根据计算负荷,知交流弧焊机计算电流为: Ij3 = Kx×Pe/(1.732×Ue×cosφ) = 7.53A

(1)选择BLX-3×16+2×16,安全载流量为52A≥7.53A。

(2)选择开关箱内开关为HR5-100/10,其熔体额定电流为Ir = 10A ≥ 7.53A,
