组织工程化骨修复骨缺损的研究现状与展望

【摘要】Bone defect,induced by trauma,inflammation,tumor and so on,is one of the common problem of orthopaedic,which often result in the lost of function and affect the quality of life in patients.Autologous bone graft is the gold standard for treatment of bone defects,but it has the following limitations:the number of sources and limits,donor bone injury,postoperative complications,and expensive treatment fee and so on.In recent years,the rapid development of molecular biology,cell engineering,gene technology,materials science and biology mechanics provides a new method for the treatment of bone defects.At present,the research of bone defect in tissue engineering bone has been widely concerned.At present,the research of bone defect in tissue engineering bone has been widely concerned.%由于创伤、炎症、肿瘤等原因导致的骨缺损是临床骨科常见的难题之一,往往导致患者部分或者全部的功能缺失,影响生活质量.目前,自体骨移植仍是治疗骨缺损的金标准,但其固有的局限性包括:来源与数量的限制、供区损伤和术后并发症等.近年来,分子生物学、细胞工程、基因技术、材料学、生物力学的快速发展为骨缺损的治疗提供了新的方法.目前,对骨缺损的组织工程骨的研究受到广泛关注. 【总页数】4页(2442-2445)
