职校班主任班级管理总体水平不高,除学生因素之外,还在于班主任缺乏适合职校

生管理的有效方法。要改变这种状况,职校班主任必须走出一条专业化、科研化的道路,

在实践中形成理论,并且能以简单、易懂,合理、系统的理论来指导实践。叙事研究因

其普适化、易操作的特点受到广大教育工作者的青睐,在班级管理中运用叙事研究的方

法无疑是一种极佳选择。

本论文首先对叙事研究的定义、特点、方式方法做了简单介绍,并对之进行了文献

综述;其次结合班级管理的概念,列出职校生具有学习基础不牢、责任意识不强、心理

素质不够健康等特点,针对这些特点,本研究在管理方法上一一做了调整;最后对于职

校班级管理的策略,本文提出了三点:第一是制定可行班规,主要实行了轮流值日制度,

该制度分工明确,责任到人,解决了一向让人头痛的教室卫生,然后强调了学生要树立

正确的时间观念的重要性。第二是进行有效沟通,从当面交流,到电话沟通,再到网络

对话,目的是为了使班主任与学生或者家长的沟通更便捷、高效。第三是洞察反常表现,

对学生的晚自习出勤反常、行为举止异常,以及精神状态不佳等情况进行了分析,查明

原因,并对这些反常现象做出了反思与总结,为接下来更好地管理班级奠定了基础。

较之传统的研究方法,叙事研究有着自己明显的优势,但做为一门新兴的科学研究

方法,其研究的规范有待细化、操作方法仍需实践检验。因此,本研究对叙事研究方法

的把握上还存在不当之处,仍然需要更多的努力来进一步完善。

The overall class management level of the head teachers in vocational schools is not high. Besides the student factors, the teachers’ lacking of effective management methods is also one

of the reasons. To change this situation, the teacher should try to find out a professional, scientific and effective method and try to form a series of simple, intelligible, rational and systematic theories in practice, which are able to guide the practice in return. Narrative research, favored by a vast number of educators because of its

pervasiveness and easiness in operation, is undoubtedly a good choice in class management.

This thesis first explains the definition, characteristics and methods of narrative research and offers a literature review. Then some features possessed by the vocational school, such as instability in learning, lacking of responsibility and weak will, are listed combined with the concept of class management. Finally, this study readjusts the methods used in class management in the light of the above mentioned features. This study puts forward three strategies suitable for class management in vocational schools. Firstly, set up some feasible rules, the major one of which is to execute the system of taking turns to clean the classroom. This policy can help to solve the annoying problem of cleaning work and form a good habit of responsibility and punctuality for its clear division of labor and individual responsibility. Secondly, make effective communication, which covers face to face communication, telephone communication, and network dialogues. The purpose of doing so

is to make the communication between the teacher and the students or parents more convenient and efficient. Thirdly, get insight into the abnormal performance of the students. In this thesis, the author analyzes the abnormal performance in terms of abnormal attendance, abnormal behavior, and poor mental status to find out the causes, and make reflection and summary, which can be helpful for better class management.

Compared with the traditional method, narrative research has obvious advantages, but as a new research method, it needs more detailed procedures to consummate its research standard, meanwhile, the specific operation needs more practical support. In this study, the approaches to the narrative research may be somewhat improper; therefore, it requires more efforts to realize further improvement.
