【摘要】目的 建立反相高效液相色谱法测定感冒清热颗粒中紫堇灵与乙酰紫堇灵含量的方法.方法 采用InertSustain?C18色谱柱,以乙腈-0.03%乙二胺水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长为289 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min.结果 在此分离条件下,紫堇灵峰与乙酰紫堇灵峰分离较好,阴性空白溶液无干扰;紫堇灵浓度4.00~40.00μg/mL,乙酰紫堇灵浓度2.04~20.40μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,相关系数(r)分别为0.9996和0.9995;加样回收率分别为100.56%与97.23%,RSD分别为2.12%与2.35%;不同厂家生产的感冒清热颗粒中紫堇灵与乙酰紫堇灵的含量差异较大.结论 该方法操作简便、结果准确、专属性强,可为感冒清热颗粒质量检测方法的制定提供参考.%Objective To establish a reversed-phase HPLC method for the determination of corynoline and acetylcorynoline in Ganmao Qingre Granules. Methods The sample was separated on InertSustain? C18 column with acetonitrile and 0.03 % ethylenediamine solution as mobile phase for gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was set at 289 nm. Results Corynoline and acetylcorynoline were separated well from other constituents by this HPLC method with no interference from negative blank solution.
