【摘要】Objective In order to study the expression of PCNA in he mangioma and its clinical significance.Methods We devided thirty cases of hemangioma into three groups based on Mulliken classification: eleven cases of proliferating stage(≤one year);nine cases of revoluting stage(≤ five year); ten cases of revolution completed stage(≤ twelve year). Then we investig ated the expression of PCNA in hemangioma samples of these three different stage groups by immunohistochemical streptavidin peroxidase conjugated method.Results The positive cell expression index of PCNA was highest in proliferating stage (62.50±9.49 (37.56±10.57

stage(12.20±6.09 %).The differences among these three groups were significant.Conclusion
We concluded from above that PCNA
