【摘要】According to the characteristics and requirements of the rural industrial convergence, the applicability of the synergy theory is analyzed on the basis of the research results of synergy, agricultural products logistics network, etc. Cooperative ideas, organization mechanism, the influencing factors of the agricultural products logistics network are analyzed according to the competition and cooperation of the synergy theory. Based on the above analysis, the internal and external driving factors of synergetic network, the synergy evolution path from the competition to the collaboration between different subjects are offered. Meanwhile, the object and the main content of synergy management is determined, which will help to provide theoretical basis for agricultural products logistics network construction, promoting the rural industrial convergence.%根据农村产业融合发展的基本特征与要求，借鉴国内外学者关于协同、农产品物流网络等方面的研究成果，分析了协同理论的适用性；合理运用协同学中竞争与协作等相关原理，分析研究了农产品物流网络协同存在的思想观念、组织机制、要素资源等影响因素，提出了协同网络的内外部驱动因素，指出了各主体间从竞争到协作的协同演化路径，明确了协同管理的对象与主要内容，以期为农产品物流网络建设提供理
