Jin Yong is best known for bringing wuxia novels to many fans in the Chinese-speaking world. His works have great influence on pop culture.
Jin Yong is the pen name of Cha Leung yung, who was born in 1924 and passed away on October 30th, 2018 in Hong Kong. During his lifetime, he wrote 15 martial art novels. Over 300 million copies of his books have been sold around the world. With his books, he created a fantastic world.
