中 文 摘 要
目的 目前,对癫痫反复发作的病因的说法很多,但齿状回颗粒细胞的神经发生增加,颗粒细胞的苔藓纤维异常发芽及伴随的突触重塑已被认为是其细胞机制之一。故近年有关神经发生和突触重塑的研究正成为脑科学中令人瞩目的热点,但是这些现象对临床上常见的儿童癫痫反复发作的病因是否有作用,目前还少有中文摘要说明: 报道。 一、标题:小2号黑体 居中 行距:单倍行距 二、“中文摘要”:4号宋体 加粗 居中 字间距:1个字符空 行距:多方法 腹腔注射戊四氮制作发育期SD大鼠(7天、14天、21天和28天四个日龄组)癫痫持续状态(SE)发作模型,再将各日龄组随机分为NS组、SE组和MK-801组,选择处理后第7天、14天和28天三个时间点进行观察。 结果 BrdU免疫反应产物:SE发作后第7天和14天,SE组中各日龄组幼鼠齿状回BrdU阳性细胞数明显高于各自的NS组(P<0.01),而MK-801组较SE组明显减少(P<0.05),但在第28天三组之间无明显差异(P>0.05);发作后第7天,三组中大部分BrdU阳性细胞分布于颗粒下层。
结论 1.癫痫持续状态发作可使不同日龄的发育鼠脑内齿状回神经元发生数量的增加、位置的迁移和异位以及突触的重塑。2.NMDA受体在癫痫后的神经元发生和突触重塑中起着促进作用。
