【摘要】Objective To explore the effect of community nursing intervention and health education on patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods 60 cases of diabetes patients in our community were randomly selected, and the corresponding community nursing intervention and health education were accepted by the patients. Results The diabetes patients in community were accepted the community nursing intervention and health education, the most of diabetic patients have correct understanding on diabetes related knowledge, and have mastered the self health care knowledge, can control preferably their blood sugar,and the incidence of complications is greatly reduced, the disease had been well controlled,patients expressed satisfaction on the community nursing intervention and health education. Conclusion Community nursing and health education intervention can effectively control blood glucose in diabetic patients and improve the quality of life of patients with diabetes.%目的：探讨社区护理干预和健康教育对糖尿病患者的影响。方法随机选取本社区糖尿病患者60例，均接受相应的社区护理干预和健康教育。结果通过对本社区糖尿患者实施有针对性的社区护理干预和健康教育，绝大部分糖尿病患者均对糖尿病相关知识有了正确的认识，且均
