全程健康教育模式在糖尿病护理管理中的应用研究

【摘要】Objective To investigate effects by full-course health education for diabetes mellitus patients. Methods A total of 476 diabetes mellitus patients were randomly divided into research group (278 cases) and control group (198 cases). The control group received traditional health education, and the research group received additional full-course health education. Nursing outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results Comparing with the control group, the research group showed all better blood glucose control, knowledge, self-management and satisfaction (P<0.05). Conclusion Implement of full-course health education nursing administration in diabetes mellitus patients can effective improve self-management and compliance in patients. This method contains positive significance for blood glucose control.%目的:探讨对糖尿病患者实施全程健康教育模式的作用和效果。方法476例糖尿病患者,随机分为研究组(278例)与对照组(198例)。对照组均予以传统健康教育,研究组则同时予以全程健康教育管理,将两组护理结果进行比较。结果与对照组比较,研究组患者的血糖控制水平、知识知晓、自我管理以及满意度等均显著更优(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者实施全程健康教育护理管理,可有效提升患者的自我管理能力,提升患者的治疗依从性,对于控制其血糖水平具有积极
