肺结节患者多螺旋CT胸部低剂量扫描临床分析

【摘要】Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of low dose scan of pulmonary
nodules
in
patients
with
multiple
spiral
CT
chest.Methods:108 patients with pulmonary nodules were selected.They were given conventional dose and low dose of multi spiral CT chest scan at the same time,then we compared the effect of two kinds of diagnostic methods for the treatment of patients.Re-sults:Conventional dose checked out a total of 164 pulmonary nodules,and low-dose tested

of
162
cases,and
nodule
there
was
not of
significant(P>0.05).Comparing lung morphology
Conventional-dose and low-dose,there was no obvious significance in patients
with
empty,lobulation,pleural
adhesions(P>0.05).Conclusion:Low dose spiral CT chest scanning with radiation hazards of small and low cost,which is the preferred way to clinical examination of pulmonary nodules disease.%目的：探讨肺结节患者多螺旋CT胸部低剂量扫描临床诊断效果。方法：收治肺结节患者108例，同时给予常规剂量和低剂量多螺旋CT胸部扫描，对比两种诊断方法对患者治疗的效果。结果：通过对比得出，常规剂量检查出肺结节164枚，低剂量检查得出162枚，两种剂量检查方法得出肺结节数量差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。
