【摘要】Objective To investigate the efficacy of surgical treatment in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB) complicated with endobronchial tuberculosis (EBTB) and the value of video assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) in this disease.Methods We analyzed retrospectively the data from 46 patients with PTB complicated with EBTB admitted in Wuhan Medical Treatment Center during May.2011 to Dec.2015.There were 18 males and 28 females with average age 34.9 ± 11.2 (arranged from 17 to 60) years old.All patients were received regular antituberculosis treatment with H-R-Z-E(S) regimen in drug susceptible cases for three months and individual regimen in drug resistant cases for at least six months.Surgical treatment was chosen after failure with interventional treat ment.The procedure was performed either by conventional thoracotomy or by VATS approach,and the operation method was performed either by pneumonectomy or by sleeve bronchoplasty.All patients were received antitubercu losis treatment after operation.The efficacy of surgical treatment and complication were observed and the value of VATS was evaluated in the treatment of EBTB.Results Of 46 cases with
