【摘要】Objective: Through to the gynecologic laparoscopic surgery position comfortable personalized nursing measures, the study on the impact of the related complications. Methods:Through the line to select 240 cases of gynecologic laparoscopic surgery patients as the research object, it can be divided into two groups at random, daily and comfortable nursing group.Results:Because of the comfortable nursing group on the basis of conventional nursing measures take personalized comfortable nursing, resulting in lower complication rate than routine group,
the
difference
is
obvious(P<0.05),
with
clinical
comparability.Conclu-sion: Through personalized comfortable nursing measures are taken, significant reduction in complications related to position, im-proved the treatment efficiency, enhance the patient's satisfaction.%目的：通过对妇科腹腔镜手术体位采取个性化舒适护理措施，研究对相关并发症所产生的影响。方法通过选取行腹腔镜手术的240例妇科患者作为研究对象，随机将其分为两组，日常组与舒适护理组。结果由于舒适护理组在常规护理措施的基础上采取个性化舒适护理，使得并发症发生率明显低比日常组，差异较明显(P<0.05)，具有临床可比性。结论通过采取个性化舒适护理措施，显著性的降低与体位相关的并发症发生率，提高了治疗的有效率，增
