肺炎动物模型研究

【摘要】以近年来关于肺炎动物造模方法的文献为依据,整理出由肺炎克莱伯杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎链球菌、肺炎双球菌和绿脓杆菌导致的典型肺炎,由支原体、衣原体、军团菌和病毒导致的非典型肺炎和其他类三大方面9种造模方式,总结大、小鼠和家兔作为实验动物的造模方法、基本的检查及模型评价等,指出细菌、病毒、支原体、衣原体等微生物感染导致的肺炎发病率高,成模周期短,成本低,成模指标明确.小剂量、反复式鼻腔吸入接种更适用于小鼠造模,损伤小,死亡率低,操作简单.以期为肺炎新药的实验研究提供一定参考.osed on recent literatures on animal modeling methods for pneumonia, typical pneumonia caused by Kleiber, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Streptococcus pneumoniae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, 9 models of atypical pneumonia and other three types of model pneumonia caused by Mycoplasma, chlamydia, Legionella and virus were sorted out, the modeling method, basic examination and model evaluation of large, mouse and rabbit as experimental animals are summarized. It is pointed out that bacteria, viruses, mycoplasma, chlamydia and other microbial infections have a high incidence of pneumonia, short mold cycle, low cost, and a clear model index.
