【摘要】Obiective: To describe the health service utilization of Kazakh herds in Xinyuan county and provide some evidence for policy making and science research. Methods: Health Service Survey been performed in the years of 2006 and 2008 in the same pastures area in Xinyuan county. The data of health service utilization been analyzed by descriptive methods. Result: The two-week consultation rate decrease from 9.0％(2006) to 7.6％(2008),(X2＝3.73,P＝0.053), and the two-week non-consultation rate decrease from 83.0％(2006) to 50.6％(2008),(X2＝52.88p＜0.01), The hospitalization rate rise from 3.0％(2006) to 3 .7％(2008),(X2＝0. 188,P＞0.05),and the non-hospitalization rate decrease from 50 .8％(2006) to 29.3％(2008),(X2＝-l5 .09 P＜0.01). Conclusion: The health services utilization of Kazak herds was insufficient and suitable health services items for them to be needed.%目的:了解新农合实施前后新疆新源县哈萨克族牧民卫生服务利用现状,为卫生行政部门合理配置卫生资源,有效调控卫生服务供求关系,为制定深化医药卫生体制改革政策提供依据和实施效果评价提供基础信息.方法:分析2006年及2008年两次牧区居民卫生服务调查中有关卫生服务利用的相关数据并进行描述性统计分析.结果:2006年、
